Apple Sangria

I love a good crisp sangria. This apple sangria combines the crispness of an unoaked Chardonnay with the flavors of fall.

  • one 750-milliliter bottle unoaked chardonnay
  • ½ cup vodka
  • 3 tablespoons honey Optional
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 lime sliced
  • 2 honey crisp apples peeled and sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 cup club soda


  • In a large bowl or pitcher, combine wine, vodka, honey, orange, lemon, lime, apple, and cinnamon sticks. Stir to combine and refrigerate for at least four hours.
  • Add 1 cup of club soda to the wine and fruit. Pour wine into glasses. Garnish glass rims with cinnamon and sugar if you want to fancy it up a little.
