I love a good crisp sangria. This apple sangria combines the crispness of an unoaked Chardonnay with the flavors of fall.
- 1 lemon sliced
- 2 apples sliced
- 6 cups apple cider
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup ginger ale
- ½ cup spiced rum or vodka, amaretto, bourbon
In a large bowl or pitcher, combine lemon and apple. The pour the juices over the top of the fruit. Stir to mix.
Pour the ginger ale over the top of the juices.
To spike add the alcohol in the pitcher or glass by glass.
