Apple cider punch is a simple fall punch recipe made with apple cider, pineapple juice, and ginger ale that is perfect to be topped off with spiced rum like Captain Morgan, amaretto or vodka.

Apple Sangria

I love a good crisp sangria. This apple sangria combines the crispness of an unoaked Chardonnay with the flavors of fall.

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 2 apples sliced
  • 6 cups apple cider
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup ginger ale
  • ½ cup spiced rum or vodka, amaretto, bourbon

Instructions

  • In a large bowl or pitcher, combine lemon and apple. The pour the juices over the top of the fruit. Stir to mix.
  • Pour the ginger ale over the top of the juices.
  • To spike add the alcohol in the pitcher or glass by glass.
