Ingredients

  • 2.5 pounds chicken wings
  • cup tequila
  • cup orange juice
  • cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Margarita salt
  • 1 tablespoon bold chipotle seasoning
  • 2 limes, quartered
  • 1 bunch cilantro

Instructions

  • Combine the tequila and juices. Pour over the chicken wings in a Ziploc bag.
  • Add the salt and chipotle seasoning to the wings. Seal the bag and shake the bag to coat the wings.
  • Marinade for 2 hours.
  • Cook the wings on a grill set to 250-300°. Turn the wings to cook all sides of the wings.
  • When chicken reaches 165° and juices run clear, remove from grill.
  • Garnish the wings with lime quarters and cilantro. Squeeze the limes over the wings before eating.
