- 10 Lemons
- 750 ml Vodka (Whole bottle)
- 3 ½ cups water
- 2 ½ cups Sugar
Wash and lightly peel the lemons, so you are not getting a lot of the white parts more just the yellow peel.

Put peels in a large juice container.
Pour the whole bottle of Vodka over the lemon peels, seal with lid or plastic wrap.
750 ml Vodka (Whole bottle)
Lemon, Vodka mixture should stay at room temperature for 4 days.
After the 4th day, in saucepan combine sugar and water, heat up until all sugar has dissolved. Once dissolved set aside to cool down completely.
3 ½ cups water, 2 ½ cups Sugar
Once the sugar is completely cooled down, pour it into the Vodka/lemon mixture.
Strain the mixture of the peels and place in the refridgerater until cold.
Pour limoncello into small glass, garnish with curled lemon peel.
