Grilled Margarita Chicken Wings
Grilled Margarita Chicken Wings are marinated in tequila, lime and orange juices, chipotle seasoning and salt and then grilled or smoked to perfection.

- 2.5 pounds chicken wings
- 1/3 cup tequila
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Margarita salt
- 1 tablespoon bold chipotle seasoning
- 2 limes, quartered
- 1 bunch cilantro
Combine the tequila and juices. Pour over the chicken wings in a Ziploc bag.
Add the salt and chipotle seasoning to the wings. Seal the bag and shake the bag to coat the wings.
Marinade for 2 hours.
Cook the wings on a grill set to 250-300°. Turn the wings to cook all sides of the wings.
When chicken reaches 165° and juices run clear, remove from grill.
Garnish the wings with lime quarters and cilantro. Squeeze the limes over the wings before eating.
