Crock Pot Whisky and Apricot Glazed Ham
Whisky and Apricot Glazed Ham in the crock pot is a delicious ham recipe perfect for family dinners.
- 4 pound ham or two 2-pound hams
- 1/3 cup Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup Apricot Preserves
- 1/3 cup of Whisky
Place ham(s) in the crock pot
. If a large ham, cut in half to fit in the casserole crock pot
Mix together mustard, apricot preserves and whisky. Pour over the hams.
Place the lid on the crock pot and cook on low for 4-5 hours, basting the ham with the glaze every hour or two.
