ham or two 2-pound hams

Dijon Mustard

cup
Apricot Preserves
⅓
cup
of Whisky
Instructions
Place ham(s) in the
crock pot
. If a large ham, cut in half to fit in the
casserole crock pot
.
Mix together mustard, apricot preserves and whisky. Pour over the hams.
Place the lid on the crock pot and cook on low for 4-5 hours, basting the ham with the glaze every hour or two.
