Ginger Apple Cocktail {Made with Apple Infused Vodka}
The sweet and tangy flavors of apple and ginger combine when you infuse vodka with apples and top it off with some ginger ale for this ginger apple cocktail

Ingredients
- 1 apple sliced
- 1 cup vodka
- 5 cups of ginger ale
Instructions
Apple Infused Vodka
- Slice apple and put at least 3-4 thin slices in the bottom of a sealable container. Cover with vodka and let set in a dark, cool place for one to two days.
- When ready to use, remove and discard apples. Strain out pieces, if needed.
Ginger Apple Cocktail
- In a tall glass fill with one or two thin apple slices and ice.
- Fill a third of the way with apple infused vodka. Fill remainder with ginger ale.
- Stir and serve.
